Webinar Deck and Talking Points

After developing downloadables and site content about complex employment law and people management topics, I was brought on to create content for the summer educational series of webinars. My first piece was “What’s triggering overtime at your practice (and how to stop it).” This one explored the myriad ways health and dental practices get overtime wrong and how to do it correctly. This particular topic was math-heavy, but I was able to simplify the message and create a talk track with a natural flow.

10th Anniversary Dental Leadership Summit Website

The Dental Leadership Summit, previously known as the DSO Summit, is one of the biggest events of the year. In 2025, HR for Health celebrated its tenth anniversary with a brand new website. With a focus on developing shareable, bite-size content that that drives signups, I wrote copy for almost every page.

Publication in Dental Economics Magazine

As one of my many projects with HR for Health, I was tasked with ghostwriting a magazine article for one of their key industry publications: Dental Economics. This print article about the importance of conducting quality performance reviews within the dental industry. I balanced relevant statistics, HR for Health’s vivid branding, and Dental Economics’s reputation to create a high-value piece that stands out.
